Fall Back...

Don't forget to set your clocks back TONIGHT!!! That's right, we get an extra hour of sleep tonight. Sounds good but if you forget then you will miss out on that extra sleep time. Don't wake up at 2am to do it (that is the official time of the fall back I believe). Do it before you go to bed and just enjoy the benefits. By the way, if you stay up that extra hour then you really don't get an extra hour of sleep, just an extra hour to make yourself more exhausted. Have fun sleeping..
